ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Professional experience of sworn attorney Viktorija Borina
Already during high school, I purposefully chose the profession of a lawyer. While studying in the 12th grade, I participated in the Baltic International Academy's "Abiturient" program, within the framework of which I completed the first course of study. The legal environment was familiar to me since childhood - my grandmother was a prosecutor of particularly important cases, and my mother works in the legal field. This is what inspired me to connect my professional life with jurisprudence.
At the age of 24, I obtained a professional master's degree in law. I began my professional career in the municipal police, where I gained practical experience in administrative proceedings. Later, I continued my work in the State Police as an investigator, gaining in-depth knowledge of criminal proceedings and investigative work.
After parental leave, I founded a law firm with my colleagues, where I began working in the field of civil law and representing clients in court. In 2009, I became a sworn attorney. Since then, I have been providing legal assistance to both private individuals and companies on a daily basis, representing clients in court and resolving complex legal issues.
In addition to my legal practice, I have also worked in the real estate field for over 20 years. Initially, I advised clients on the legal and tax aspects of real estate transactions, and later became increasingly involved in legal due diligence, inheritance cases, property management, resolving rental relationships, and other real estate-related issues.
